Anonymous asked: Thanks so much for that advice. I'm gonna take it and slowly re-evaluate everything and go from there! Thank you again. But I have another problem!! The social life part is mainly to do with one of my other best friends we usually spend like every weekend together and have done that for the last few years.. I haven't seen her for like 3-4 months and it's only because I'm really struggling balancing school and making time for her. We hardly speak now and it's killing me. What do you suggest I do?
You’re very welcome! We’re always here to help! <3
I honestly think you should just talk to your best friend and tell her your situation. Tell her that you’re really over-whelmed and it’s hard for you to balance everything right now but you’re working on it! When you make your schedule of things that you need to do, you could also try scheduling time just for her at least once a week if your time allows it. :)
High school really strains friendships and sometimes gaining and losing them is completely out of our control. But your true friends will understand, work with you and cherish the time that they get to spend with you no matter how little it is.
I hope I’ve helped out! Don’t ever hesitate to come back to us if you need anything at all! <3
>>Anonymous asked: I've recently been under a lot of depression about my weight. I never had a huge issue with it till this year. It's not like I'm huge but I'm still big. And this is the second time I've broke down and just let everything out and I'm worried. I've become extremely insecure about everything about me...
Oh darling. Don’t bottle everything up until you break down, in the long run it could potentially hurt you more than it helps you.
We both know how it feels to deal with eating problems and we wouldn’t wish it on anyone. Ever. First and foremost I just want you to know that you are beautiful no matter what, inside and out. <3 Your body doesn’t define a single thing about you. Your true friends will love you no matter what size you are and they’ll always be supportive of you and help boost your self-esteem.
If you’re really that worried and feeling that insecure, there are 100% healthy and non destructive ways to lose weight. If that’s something you’d choose to do. But if you choose to do that, do it for you and no one else. If you’d like some help with that, go see your doctor or talk with a parent or someone that you feel comfortable with. You could even come back to us and we’ll give you some tips and tricks!
Just remember that you are beautiful and the number on the scale doesn’t say anything about how truly wonderful you really are. Don’t hesitate to come back to us if you need anything else related to this or not at all. We’re here for you! <3
